BestBatt.com charges a FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $3.99 on all domestic orders under 1 lb with standard delivery option. Other shipping options are available at additional cost.
All orders take 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, your order is shipped out on the same business day if it is placed by 4pm EST. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
Please note that the Delivery Time does not count weekends and USA national holidays.
You will be notified via two separate emails once your order is placed and shipped. Shipments will be provided with tracking information. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.
Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. We usually do not process orders on weekends and U.S. national holidays, when our carriers are not available. For example, if the order is placed after 5pm EST on Friday, it will be processed only on the following Monday. Please plan accordingly.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, FPO & P.O. Box addresses are sent via U.S. Postal Services First-Class Mail or Priority Mail only. There are no overnight delivery available to these destinations.
Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled after the order is processed or shipped out. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for proper procedures. However, if there is a problem, please contact us or call during business hours.

In some cases, Shipping Time for international addresses may be 14 days or more depending on the efficiency of the destination countries' customs and forwarding carriers. For example, based on our experience, it may take up to a month to deliver a package to its destination in Israel.

We usually ship orders via USPS (United Sates Post Services), UPS (United Parcel Services) or DHL. Please leave order comments or contact us if you have specific requests regarding your shipping address or shipping methods.
Unlike many other internet stores, we do not make profit on shipping charges. We charge a $3.99 flat rate for all domestic orders under 1 lb with the standard delivery option. For orders with the shipping weight of 1 lb or more, an extra $1 is added for each additional pound of weight. For international orders and orders with expedited delivery, the shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order weight, quantity, zip code and destination country prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and click "Recalculate" button; you will be provided with Shipping Options and their prices.
Please also note that some international shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the importing country's government, in addition to your carrier's brokerage fees or custom clearance charges. The purchaser is SOLELY responsible for these charges. BestBatt.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Please contact your carrier or/and your country's customs officials for more information.
Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for returns or lost packages because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. If your order is not received and is returned back to us by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will either issue a refund excluding shipping and handling fee or re-ship the order by charging additional shipping fee. There is no re-stocking fee for all returns due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address! If an order is not returned to us and is in fact lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the loss; we will not issue a refund or re-ship in such a case. If the package is shipped via UPS, and we are charged for an address correction, we will in turn charge you.
