Two new compatible batteries for my Panasonic TZ3. Ordered on the 10th Oct and received them last Thursday 18th Oct. Exactly as advertised very good price, prompt and courteous attention. Well packaged and cheaper than I could buy them for in the UK (including shipping!) Definitely deal with them again. If I could 5 stars +

replacement for panasonic

ordered two extra batteries for my tz1 digital camera. shipment arrived in about a week, which was just fine because I used basic ship. nice batteries with a decent little plastic snap case for each one. the two batteries with shipping was just over 30 dollars. my local super electronics store wanted 39.99 plus tax each....and those were chinese made batteries. which brings up my only negative for this purchase. the best batt description clearly states these are japanese made, but the ones I received are indeed made in china. It might not be a huge issue to some but I don't like not getting the item "as described". The saving grace, of course, is that I got two batteries for just under 75% of the price of one at a discount electronics store. I certainly wouldn't let this issue keep me from buying from Best Batt again as everything else was just a fine experience and the description of the batteries country of origin has probably just never been updated .

Good battery, great service

My shipment took a couple days longer than expected to arrive, despite having chosen the Expedited Canada service. Possibly this was due to Canada Customs and no fault of BestBatt, but they kept in contact and were more than helpful, offering to refund my shipping charges in total. The battery itself is, well it's a battery, what more do you want for $15?

Exactly as ordered

The battery arrived as promised and is exactly what I ordered. The battery came with a plastic battery case. This is very useful because I have two batteries, so that I can keep one in camera, and bring another one around with protection in the battery case.
