Return Merchandise Authorization

To start the return process, please go through the following steps:
1. Fill out RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form below. Within 24 hours of your request, we will email you RMA number together with the address where to send the unwanted merchandise.
Please note that we do not accept returns without an RMA number or returns which are incomplete or incorrect as the RMA describes. 2. After receiving your RMA number, please pack unwanted item(s) well. Please include supporting materials such as a copy of the invoice and any other documentation or information.
Please note that customers assume all costs of original shipping and shipping back to us unless we sent wrong item(s) by our mistake, in which case we assume the costs. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped with standard delivery unless a rush delivery is requested with the original order.
3. Once the merchandise is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The shipping charges are deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by BestBatt.com.
NOTE: In many cases, the returned products are not defective but rather improperly used.
