I ordered 2 KLIC 8000 batteries and a charger last year. But some weeks back one of the battery was not working properly and the other day my charger went out of service as well. I reported the fault to the company, though the products were in warranty period but I was not questioned on the fault of the products and a new battery along with a charger was sent free of cost. Really appreciate that....Hope the newcomers don't run out of service...

Good charger...but not so good battery (?)

I got this battery along with the charger...and unfortunately.....the battery was not getting charged......i tried all possible ways and no matter what I do...battery was not getting charged......I was not sure...where the problem was...was it the battery or the charger....I contacted the company and they said it might be the battery.....they sent me another battery free of cost and it was working!!.......I am happy with my purchase now.....the combination is great now....

Even with shipping to Canada, these batteries are way less than the usual stores'. And when I received one that was faulty, I emailed Best Batt who promptly informed me another one was on its way - no need to send the faulty one back or give an explanation.

I am impressed. I ordered three batteries for my Kodak z812 expecting the usual 30 pictures then all over type of battery life I got from AA. lithium. and CRV3 cells from maplins. Bestbatt.com delivered to the UK within a week of ordering and with brilliant prices inc postage. I have had over 200 photos with just one battery and not charged yet. be sure to order a compatible charge too.
