I bought this battery in February at half the cost of the local stores.  My order was delivered in reasonable time, and I have been completely satisfied with the life of the battery.  Bestbatt.com has top notch customer service as well.  I had purchased a charger along with the battery which quit working after being used twice.  They replaced the charger and did not even require that I return the defective one.  They even included a free battery with the replacement charger.  I received my new charger within four days.

Bought 2 battries and the charger for my Z812IS. Charged and tried both to make sure they worked and my camera recognized them. They both work great so far, as does the charger, also liked that the charger came with an adapter for the car. They really seem to last a long time.
