Unbelievable service: airline lost a bag with our batteries/charger for my digital camera and I NEEDED them for a wedding in 2 days. No one I called in the immediate metro area had the Panasonic items I needed. After a 20 minute perusal of different camera forums on the web I decided to try bestbatt. My order for 2 batteries and a charger was filled almost immediately: I had a confirmation email WITH the tracking number in less than one hour, and the items arrived next day! Got the batteries however when I put them in the digi camera I have to push a little harder than the stock battery. Also they don't clip into the stock charger so i have to hold them on with a rubberband. Its the same battery as the stock one just hope its because they are both brand new.
