Unbelievable service: airline lost a bag with our batteries/charger for my digital camera and I NEEDED them for a wedding in 2 days. No one I called in the immediate metro area had the Panasonic items I needed. After a 20 minute perusal of different camera forums on the web I decided to try bestbatt. My order for 2 batteries and a charger was filled almost immediately: I had a confirmation email WITH the tracking number in less than one hour, and the items arrived next day! You guys were a life saver. Thank you!

got this with two compatible li- batteries... great to have the car charger when there are no electrical outlets around as well! It charges quickly (2 1/2 hours) both in wall and in car, and prompt, courteous sevice as well. Good buy.

Ordered on Thursday products shipped on Monday and recieved on Thursday. The only reservation I had was the tracking showed shipped with out a delivery date until it was in hand. That is to say there wasn't a projected delivery date, which I was expecting to see. Otherwise it is everything that I expected to see. Thanks...Job well done...I will be back!
