Pleasantly surprised August 30, 2009

I was originally very skeptical when I noticed the price difference between an original EN-EL9 and the ones on this site.  I must confess, that these batteries actually work better than the original Nikon!  I already bought 2 and I'll be getting more next year (A battery is usually good for a year).  Thanks BestBatt!

Works exactly as expected July 24, 2008

I bought this to replace my original EN-EL9 which came with my D40 after I got a 18-200VR lens. I used to get 400 shots with my kit lens on the battery, but the VR uses much more power, so I recently had about 280 shots with the VR. Part of the problem was the battery was aging I suppose. I got this replacement battery after looking around and being annoyed with the number of fakes and dishonest battery dealers out there. This battery worked perfectly, and allowed me to shoot more shots than with my original battery with my VR lens. Shipping was fast (to canada!), service was friendly (I had them change my shipping address) and the price was great. Can't really ask for more. Thanks!
