I ordered 2 KLIC 8000 batteries and a charger last year. But some weeks back one of the battery was not working properly and the other day my charger went out of service as well. I reported the fault to the company, though the products were in warranty period but I was not questioned on the fault of the products and a new battery along with a charger was sent free of cost. Really appreciate that....Hope the newcomers don't run out of service...

I got this battery along with the charger...and unfortunately.....the battery was not getting charged......i tried all possible ways and no matter what I do...battery was not getting charged......I was not sure...where the problem was...was it the battery or the charger....I contacted the company and they said it might be the battery.....they sent me another battery free of cost and it was working!!.......I am happy with my purchase now.....the combination is great now....

Even with shipping to Canada, these batteries are way less than the usual stores'. And when I received one that was faulty, I emailed Best Batt who promptly informed me another one was on its way - no need to send the faulty one back or give an explanation.

I am impressed. I ordered three batteries for my Kodak z812 expecting the usual 30 pictures then all over type of battery life I got from AA. lithium. and CRV3 cells from maplins. I have had over 200 photos with just one battery and not charged yet. be sure to order a compatible charge too.

Good quality product. Received the product within 4 business days. Tested the batteires and they really performed well. Did not discharge even after 200 photographs. Need to check the other battery. Satisfied with the poduct.

I bought this battery in February at half the cost of the local stores. My order was delivered in reasonable time, and I have been completely satisfied with the life of the battery. Bestbatt.com has top notch customer service as well. I had purchased a charger along with the battery which quit working after being used twice. They replaced the charger and did not even require that I return the defective one. They even included a free battery with the replacement charger. I received my new charger within four days.

Bought 2 battries and the charger for my Z812IS. Charged and tried both to make sure they worked and my camera recognized them. They both work great so far, as does the charger, also liked that the charger came with an adapter for the car. They really seem to last a long time.
