Within 30 days from the invoice date, you can return unwanted product(s) for a full refund, exchange, or replacement. After 30 days, you can return the product(s) only for replacement due to a technical defect (excluding normal wear and tear) if your warranty has not expired. The length of the warranty depends on a product type and is stated in the product description section of our website. Please read Limited Warranty & Money-Back Guarantee for more information.
To initiate return processing, you must first fill out our online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request form. We will email you an RMA number together with the return instructions within 24 hours of your request. Please note that we do not accept returns without RMA or returns which are incomplete or incorrect as the RMA describes.
After receiving your RMA number, please pack the unwanted item(s) well and include supporting materials such as a copy of the invoice and any other documentation or information that may help to speed up the return. Please mail your items to the address sent to you together with the RMA number.
Please note that a customer assumes all costs of original shipping and shipping back to us unless the return is caused by us mistakenly sending the customer wrong item(s) with the original shipment, in which case we assume the cost. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped with the standard delivery unless a rush delivery is requested with the original order. Please note, if a customer cancels his/her order after it is shipped out or on delivery, we will not refund the shipping cost that is already spent.
Once the merchandise is received and inspected, we will issue a refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The shipping charges are deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by BestBatt.com.
Please note that, after the refund is posted, it may take a few business days for your bank to process the transaction before it is displayed on your account.
